Report a problem
Use the Feedback control in the site navigation and select Evidence/data or Bug/friction. Include the page, disputed statement and a primary source when possible. Do not include private health information.
What happens next
- Safety-critical reports are reviewed first.
- Confirmed material errors are corrected and recorded on the page.
- Disagreements in evidence are represented rather than silently removed.
